Do you need to hire development services to resell?

If you are in the software solution business and you need to outsource the development work (partially or completely), we provide contracts where you can get an expert person or team at an hourly rate. Outsourcing your projects in this way provides you with the following benefits:

• Our developers are experienced in different technologies; you don't need to pay for training costs, and your projects will start and progress faster.
• We are greatly experienced in working remotely. We can recommend best practices and methodologies to make work with an off-shore team very effective.
• You're not just hiring a freelancer but contracting a company. If a developer can't work (temporarily or pemanently) for any reason, you are insured that we will provide another developer with similar abilities to replace them.
• When you hire more than one Machinalis developer, they are already used to working as a team.
• Even if you are hiring a single developer, our developers work together as a team and help each other. A developer surrounded by other experts is much more productive.
• The developer working on your projects is not your employee, so you don't need to worry about paid vacations, health insurance, etc.

For our first contract with each client, we usually arrange a short inital "test drive" contract. That allows you to make sure that our services have the quality that you need and check that communication works as expected.

• How many weekly hours do you need?
• Do you prefer the above amount be provided by a team of some specific size? If so, how many developers?
• Which technologies do you need the developers to be knowledgeable in?
• For how many weeks (minimum, maximum) do you need the service?
• Is there a specific date (minimum, maximum) when the service must start?
• Do you need communication to be in some specific time range/days of week? (please include your time zone)
• Do you have a technical contact on your side doing project management?
• Do you need our developers to manage a team including people outside Machinalis?

Do you have a project idea, and need to implement it?

If you and your company need a software product or solution, and need a team able to implement it, you can hire us to develop your system. Doing so gives you the following benefits:

• You do not need your own technical team; if you are not in software development you can avoid the risks of having to hire people who are not the focus of your business.
• We provide  a complete service, so you can let us worry about the technical details, using best practices in process and methodologies, and gathering your requirements, while you can focus on the more important things like your business!

The projects are usually priced on a time & materials basis. If you have very precisely defined and well documented needs we can also give a per-project quote.

If you need a quote, please provide the following details:

• At least a short (1 or 2 paragraphs) description of the project (which are its goals, who are its users).
• Should the project run on a desktop OS? on a browser? on a mobile device? on an embedded system/server?
• Do you need to support or use any specific platform/system/tool? (operating system, browser, database backend, programming language)
• Do you need the project to use any public service/API? (send emails, show google maps)
• Does the project need to integrate with any propietary infraestructure? (some older codebase or legacy system, a non public data service you are paying for, etc)
• Do you have any specific deadlines to start/finish the project?
